My toddler found all shoes to be uncomfortable. The pair of shoes he thought was really cool, the light up dinosaur shoes, only one of the two actually lights up. I proceeded to request an exchange in order to receive a working shoe and have been unsuccessful as it tells me I need to use a desktop computer to process a return. SO SNEAKY. Just a way to prevent people from going through a return or exchange. I can easily place on order on my phone but I have to pull out my prehistoric laptop and dust it off to place a return request….

Its a great site for shoes because of the pricing
However getting out of the membership is a pain. Why can't you just buy shoes without membership? Why do they automatically sign you up without asking first. Your first purchase should not mean automatic $50 membership

Service is not great. The membership is not worth what they say. Exchanging is really bad as you can't get the same price for the same shoe you exchange and they don't do refund only exchange. I canceled after one month and will be sure to tell all what a scam this is

I think it's dumb that we the customers can't use our store credit unless our purchase is the same as the credit.

I ordered several items. 2 of the pairs of boots were absolutely huge. Even if the size were correct they are crazy wide. I have found all of the shoes run big and the clothes runn a bit small. Of the 10 or 11 items ordered, 3 were a hit

I love this program and it has amazing perks, choices, and amazing prices. However, my kids boots haven't lasted them but a month or so. They're already peeling and pieces of them are coming off, making them no longer waterproof. I know they were only $10 or so… but other stores have affordable shoes, also, that last longer.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
