But I'm very disappointed with policy. I called to cancel my membership,the customer service says ok. But I found out Fabkids charging me 3 times. I asked my money back but nothing I get. No recommended at all.

Even though I was only a member for a short period, Fabkids had excellent customer service, awesome choices, quick shipping, well packed products and an awesome trial membership opportunity. My daughter is grown, however the styles available my wife likes. Fabkids should consider adult children clothing options, child size shoes are similar to adults, clothing obviously not.

The smaller size boots the straps fell off and sole got ripped within 2 hours of trick or treating. Unfortunately my teenager ended up in hospital the same week and is still in the hospital so I never had a chance to return them and my other child threw them out when they were cleaning their room. The decorative straps completely came off. They fit well but was really upset

Item was suppose to arrive a certain time but didn't come called and spoke with a agent and she basically said she couldn't do nothing because it says it's been shipped but I called Usps and they said they were still waiting to get the package, never heard anything else from fabkids

I'll enjoy what we get from there the only thing that wasn't great is they shipped the wrong size shirt. It's to much of a hassle to send back. So he will grow into it in 4 years. Other then that. I enjoy the products and so to the kids

It was ok for the first deal for the 2 pairs of shoes but other than that I'm not impressed. I crazy hours and I'm a single mom of 4 kids so I never have the time to call to cancel during their business hours. They make it so difficult to cancel just so they can get you on that next months charge. And half the time you go to skip the month their site tells you that your skipped and then they charge you anyway. I wish canceling was easier!

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
