On our first order we got three pairs of shoes that were all too big—I called customer service and in about one minute I had a prepaid shipping label and a smaller size of each spire on hold. Not only was my call in super fast and easy, I received the replacement pairs just a few days later!
EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. Has either been defective upon receiving or has fallen apart within 2 washes. They stain easily, the stitching unravels, twists after washing. Garbage clothing. Walmart brand is better quality.

I love my new shoes and I get a lot of compliments on them. I'm always telling people about just fab kids and how your first pair of shoes are for free but I'm a little disappointed that my shoes lights have stopped working. I guess it's a sign that I'm getting too old for lit shoes LOL and they still look cute as well as function so I can't be too disappointed when they were for free after all. I still get lots of compliments on them and always tell others about the awesome deal.

Very cute, but after 5 wears the plastic has cracked at the bottom of the laces on both shoes and the color painted on the soles has half worn off.

Well for starters 2 separate customer service representatives told me 2 separate things when there came to be an issue with my order. A week and half after the latest day my order was to be there my showed up. Before said time, my package was lost in the mail. When said package arrived, it was damaged and 1 pair of the 6 shoes were missing, which wasn't a surprise since there was a giant hole in one side and one side was completely taped up. Then when said missing shoes were brought to the customer services attention, I was refunded but refunded a smaller amount then what the shoes actually were. Needless to say almost everytime I have used Fabkids, it has just been issue after issue which is why a little over a year ago I canceled my subscription. I rejoined trying to give it another chance, and this time was worse then my original interaction. And when purchasing clothing, even if you buy a size larger, after 1 wash the clothing is too small to wear. So in turn its honestly not worth the money, or the aggravation that comes with it.

Was thinking I was getting a great deal on quality clothing. As it turns out, I was being charged $49.95/month to be able to shop FabKids online. I did not realize that I had to skip payment by the 5th of each month in order to not be charged.

I ordered bogo boots as an introduction to join FK. The flashing boots did not flash 3/4 of the circumference of the left boot. I had to call to make a return. That went very smooth except it took a long time. When I received the new boots the right boot did not flash at all. I haven't had time to call for a return letter yet but if they don't flash when I get the new pair I will be canceling my subscription. Also the other boots I ordered were so cheaply made that they are falling apart even though my daughter has only worn them maybe two weeks total. Very disappointed

Paid for rush delivery to receive product in 3 days only for it to come 8days later and they refuse to refund my delivery fee. When it came during the same time they offered for free. Never again plus they shoes hurt my daughters feet.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
