Will not accept returns on horrible quality items. Do not recommend and never will unless issue rectified but won't be because they don't accept returns on items that are not re sellable.

I love everything we always order. The only 2 things I would say I was a little sad about were my 4 year old's light up dino shoes stopped lighting up pretty quick so I ordered some other light up ones from the site. And I ordered my boys matching joggers and I have in the past ordered my 10 year old stuff and it has fit great but these joggers were definitely not a 14/16. He could barley get them up. The items I wanted were always out of stock in the sizes I needed. I ordered items, and then after I received them and called, that was when I was told the missing item was because they were not in stock. No one notified me. Lack of communication on your side.

This was great! They came in a timely manner and they are so cute! These boots are amazing and my kids love them. They are well made and they also fit. Although I think they are a little big but I rather them be bigger than too small! Overall this was great experience!

I purchased 4 pair of shoes all size 10 and they are very different in size. 2 of them look more like a 12. And the other too more like a 9. I need to return and can't figure out where or how to print return label for exchange.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
