Didn't receive my package. My items are being replaced except a few of them that are sold out.
I got my little girl a pair of the multi color light up shoes and she only wore them two times so far, because after wearing them for one day the rubber strip at the bottom of the shoes started tearing away from the shoe and the cat eyes or eyelashes rubbed off too. The green camo shoes I got for my little boy look nothing like the picture shown and look almost black and you can't see the camo. The other shoes I got for my little boy; both the other 2 pairs had scratches on the side and also like white plastic stuff stuck on them. All of them are super cute, but there was something wrong with almost all the pairs, besides the black boots I got my little girl.

Remember back in the day when you subscribed to the music service and had to return a card every month to indicate you did not want to receive the monthly "selection", selected by the company? Fabletics and Fabkids is this type of service and worse. No matter how diligent I was, i either forgot to skip the monthly charge or did not skip correctly (though I don't think this was always my fault - I think there were issues among various browsers. I ended up being charged for future outfits, have the charges sometime converted to gift cards, and losing at least part of my discount when canceling. You must be a member to receive the deep discounts so it's just a terrible racket no one wants to be involved with. Why not just let people order what they really want and charge a reasonable price. The business model here is not customer forward. Want to cancel? You have to call and when you talk to a human you are grilled about why you want to cancel. Most recently I did this with a bot on the other end. Why not let me cancel online like a normal business allows. Racket and not for me.

A shipping label was created but items never shipped. After a month and a half and speaking with customer service 3 times regarding the order, a refund was finally issued. Horrible customer service.

When you spend that much on kids shoes, you'd expect it to be shipped in a box. It was a gift and I had to go to a different shoe store to see if they'd give me a box.

I like the site but when I tried to cancel membership kept trying to get me to stay with discounts. He said i would get 50% off next order but I didnt take 50% off in checkout area.

We always stock up on shoes before Christmas and Fabkids is always so affordable and the shoes last through more than one of my children. Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
