My shipping address is up to date and yet your site sent them to an entire different town and instead of fixing the problem and sending them to me or to the purolator here in town, I'm being told to travel 8 hrs ti go pick it up, I paid for shipping why do I have to drive in the middle of winter to get them when they should have come right to my door, I've been trying for the last week to get it sorted out, but all I get is automatic replies, no real answer, so if someone could please help me get my childrsns shoes home that would be friggen fantastic. I love Fabkids! They have the cutest things of great quality for my kids!
However I feel like your first purchase is the only time you get great prices such as $12 shoes. After that they are about $30 so even as a VIP member I feel that pricing is not very VIP.
I was also sad to see the shoes I ordered didn't fit my son and when I tried to exchange them for a bigger size it said the item was not returnable because I used a coupon. I'm bummed I now have the cutest shoes that we can't even use.

Well, they are fun snd affordable… BUT the purple glitter unicorn high tops only lite up for
2 weeks. The dinosaur lite ups have bern great. Still working. The clothes were good quality. Fox dress is adorable.

I purchased the light up boots for my daughter and one boot stopped working during the first wear. As per return policy I can not return or receive a refund if the boots have been worn or if they can't be returned with the original packaging. Now we have only one boot that lights up and my daughter refuses to wear them. Waste of money.

I have been a loyal customer for three plus years and have never had a complaint! Shipping is reliable and it's easy to return a product if necessary.
