So I ordered two pairs of shoes for my two daughters. My toddler got size 8 brown deer boots. They are super cute and worth it. For my 6 year old I ordered the black cat boots in a size 13. Upon receiving them they had sent me a big kid size 3. Not a toddler 13. The shoes are marked big kid size 3. I called to tell them I'd need a replacement and was assured I'd receive them asap. Never got them.

The boots that came would fit an adult I wanted a number five in children's the fox boots that I ordered we're supposed to be a five and they came at 7 so I can't use either one of them I'm not going to pay to send them back I just want shopping anymore I ordered two pair from y'all in both of them were wrong

First they dont refund money when they messed up,2nd they dont know how to count, ordered 14 pcs leggings but insisting its just 11. Delivery sucks! And when you contact them they will kust gonna say they will solve the issue but they dont. Last, the monthly charged for vip!its not worth it!

I did not understand that they would take $50 Payment if I did not skip a month so I will be letting go my membership. And I do not understand the prices it says one thing and you pay another I will not use fab kids again good products but just confusion about the website and the memberships.

My orders arrived at an acceptable time. The shoes are very nice. The only problem is that one of the shoes I ordered for my son was not the correct size. The shoes did not fit my son because they were too small.

Ordered 2 pair of boots, received email that I would only receive 1 pair as the other was out of stock. Delivery date has been pushed out twice already, ordered on 11/9/2022 today is 11/23/2022 and the last shipping update is showing delivery SOMETIME NEXT WEEK!

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
