I purchased and never approved a monthly fee yet they go ahead and automatically charge you 60$ some if you don't spend within a month. I never approved.

This order was supposed to have shipped on Nov. 14,2022 but have not received and can't find anything about it. When I look up the shipping number it says label created and nothing else.

Made a purchase and when I received it week and a half late some of the pants were to big. I requested a return packaged em up and popped in the mail. Month later I login because I still haven't received the smaller pants only to find it says hold on my return. At this time I also become really annoyed because I needed to cancel for a bit 1-because of the 10 dollar price hike to membership and 2- because Christmas is close and the cost of living has been really hard to make ends meet lately. So I was hoping to cancel once I had completed the return which probably needs membership active to due. I call in to explaine im annoyed that the membership fee has come out now because Im still waiting for my return...I ask why is it on hold...the employee puts me on hold come back and says ok I've released the hold the pants are on way. Is there anything else I can do for u? Im annoyed that she didn't offer to return my membership fee as I was not expecting this to take months for a return. So I ask her to cancel my subscription from here on out. She then tells me u can skip the month.I think it's pretty obvious that is hard to remember to due in a 5 day window each month...that's why uv chosen this model as u know people will be forced to buy stuff to use up the money that was taken because they didn't skip on time. She then says if I don't cancel she will offer me a 50 % discount on my next order.hard to pass up now that I have 50 dollars in my account already that I have to spend. So I say ok whatever I'll keep it.so ya annoying process that cost me more money that I hadn't expected to spend and to top it off it's been some time since that convo and I still haven't received the smaller pants. Wtf...im gonna give it a few more days grace to see if they show before I call in to complain again. That's my story.

I bought three pairs of shoes for my daughter and they were all perfect for her. It was sneakers, fall boots, and duck boots that were lined with fur. I also got her a corduroy overall with a beanie and a long sleeve T-shirt for her fall picture at school. I measured my kids feet before ordering any shoes on FabKids and used their sizes chart and every pair of shoes that came back (I ordered 9 pairs of different sizes) were too big. I ordered size 7 for my daughter and the shoes are too big for my 9.5 size feet... Very frustrating. I am keeping all of the shoes because I have a handful of daughters who can use them next year but I am going to be out the money for the 2 pairs I bought for my daughter unless she ends up with size 10-10.5 feet. I want to return the shoes that are way to big but I'm in Canada and so I have to pay $10 for shipping and the shoes are less then $20.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
