My daughters dress was poor quality. The sleeves were not the same on her dress. Very upsetting, we saved the dress for a wedding rehearsal dinner and she couldn't even wear it.

I like many if the items. I don't like that many of them are sized differently than most any other store. So lots of things are too small when received. And returns are expensive and difficult. Now that the monthly price is going up I am cancelling.

I started to return online and the server kicked me out. I went into restart the return, and it was no longer an option. I called customer service. I was told that I would receive a return label in the email and it never came. I don't understand why something like a return label isn't automatic it feels like the company process is made so inconvenient that I would hopefully just give up and not return my items. I still have not received my return label and I have talked to a representative about it twice.

I signed up for the VIP to get the two pairs of shoes for $20 deal. They ended up being very good quality shoes and fit my child well. I then decided to cancel my VIP membership which was easy to do. I will keep fab kids in mind for future online shopping.

The sizing for their shoes is incredibly off. When I asked to return it was a whole ordeal that lead to me having to reach out to them 3 different times to get it accomplished. I asked them to cancel my membership and instead they canceled someone else's membership and it took me contacting them the 3rd time to get that resolved as well.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
