I love justfabs for kids. My daughter really like what i order her. I am well pleased with what i order for her.
I bought 2 pairs for my 5 year old and both boots are holding up so far.
She likes both, very comfortable and warm.
I bought the other two pairs for my 9 year old and one of the pairs tore on the back of boot (ankle)
She only wore them several days and I guess it was just a faulty set of boots. She wat so bummed out because they are warm and cozy.
I bought the same type of boots for both girls.
I actually like them both because they liked them.

When I receive my order, only half of it was correct. I have 3 kids! One was left out because I was sent a size 6 instead of a size 9! And my oldest didn't get her size 1 shoes because they sent us a womens size 10! Either someone in the department doesn't know their numbers or is very dyslexic. Not gonna judge but they need to start double and triple checking. Not pleased at all...

Ordering and shipping were great! They charge a $49.95 monthly fee in order to be a member so I can save money on products. You have to call to cancel the membership fee, but it takes awhile. It seems like if they didn't charge people at all, it would save steps for everyone. My daughter loves her new boots but it's not worth the hassle to save a couple dollars.

I tried to cancel the membership immediately after ordering and they said they would have to charge full price for the products if I cancel the membership before the order ships. Then the shoes I bought nearly fell apart during the first wear. They offered 50% off when I again tried to cancel but it was never applied to my account. To make matters worse I tried to use the rest of my membership to purchase something since they refused a refund and a shirt that was showing 9.99 o. The product screen was showing as 18 in the cart. Another that was 11.99 showed at 20.99 in the cart. They are horrible.

You'll pay a monthly membership fee of 40 + dollars. They don't tell you that at sign up. Shoes are very poor quality. Very disappointed. This was my first and last time ordering anything from them.

They sent an item that didn't even worked the kid was very disappointed. Before leaving the WH quality Check needs to be done to avoid delays like this. My grandson wanted to wear this to a function and that didn't happen because of the faulty shipment and you would think they expedited because it's there error they didn't took just as long as the first pair. Poor customer service on there side.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
