I purchased these shoes almost two months ago and have not received them! I am extremely disappointed. I received the email Oct. 12th: Incoming your order has shipped. When I follow the tracking number: Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. I bought these boots for the winter, and I still do not have them!

Had a wonderful experience with Fabkids. Ordered the dino light up sneakers. The lights worked great on one shoes, and not so well on the other. They fit true to size.

I bought the outfits to weare on Thanksgiving. And I couldn't the sizes were to small or to big.
And im kept trying to contact them to do the exhange or return the the system dosent work. Says ( its a glitch).

You take a MONETARY amount out of our account, which gives us a CREDIT... then when we go to use those credits, it's not as monetary, so for example I can't use it to buy 1 pair of shoes... I have to to go OVER the amount first, THEN I can use it... that sucks!
