Material is great but shoe ran wayyy bigger than expected. Ordered a size 7 for my son and it fits me and I am a size 9.5 10.
I called to cancel my subscription a rep offered me 50% off my next order to stay.
So I said okay and proceeded to place an order for some Christmas items.
I picked what I wanted and realized there was a price issue qt check out so I called customer service again and she didn't know how to fix the price difference it was telling me 1 price in My cart and her another. Then she said that price was just for the shirt when the description Cleary said "set"
Pants and top. After a long time of being on this call and her asking for assistance from a manager still not resolved. I got so frustrated then she said I couldn't use the 50%off because I had money in my account?!?!?! Why not that is my money and the agent that gave me the discount knew I had money in my account.
Anyway she wouldn't let me use both so I canceled my account and got a refund of the money in my account. Then I placed an order for the things I needed after I got off the call Then canceled my subscription again. Very disappointed with the level of service I didn't spend a ton of money but over the last couple of years I've been a pretty good customer in my opinion.

I ordered 6 items but only received 2. I waiting a few days thinking they may come later. Contacted the company was told they would get back to we within 24 hours. Waited a few more days. No response. Contacted the company again. They told me that 2 of my items were on back orders. Not too happy at this point because this is my second attempt to contact but I understand these things happen. I wanted to cancel my membership was told I needed to keep it until I purchased the 2 items that were on back order. I was given a credit for these items to puchace for the deal i had gotten. I refused. Then was told I could cancel and still use my credit as long as I contacted the company before I made my purchase. But before I could confirm this was taken care of I got a message stating I was not responding to the chat ( I had sent a message but some how it had not sent) and did not get a Chance to respond to that before they closed the chat. Finally contacted the company a third time. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I'm a pretty reasonable person and I get things happen but to have to contact a company three times is too much. I was finally able to confirm my cancelation of my membership and that 2 items had been ordered and the other 2 I could purchase with my credit. Them today I get an email stating they are sad to see me go and see the membership is canceled but wanted to make sure this was correct. You bet it is! And once I confirm my last order I won't shop here again due to your poor customer service.

I have been trying for 3 months to cancel and I'm still being charged can't get through by phone. Smh
The shoes aren't the best quality but do kids ever keep anything long anyway? Just wasn't what I expected.
Not sure yet. Birthday is end of month and not sure if shoes will fit, no size included, says 7 not sure if right.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
