Let's start with shoes because that haw they get you…. Haha $10 for your first order seems like a great deal, it's not the boots didn't eve last half the season and I have 5 kids so we had 5 pairs completely fall apart it wasn't just a fluke. I've also ordered the sneakers and holes in all of them after minimal wear. If they were really only $10 i wouldn't complain but at $50 a credit and 2 pairs per credit i'm paying $25 plus the outrageous taxes so they end up being mor like $30 a pair. Target has boots for $25 that have held up 4 years and counting…. I'm just saying not worth the money!
Their pants feel cheap like Shien but for a price tag closer to Gap Kids…. M son literally wore them 5 times before the knees started tearing. I've honestly had better luck with Shien.
To be fair, yes my kids are ROUGH on clothes, however cheap walmart and target clothes hold up way better and targets have a 1 year warranty so if they tear they can be replaced within a year of purchase…. I used all my remaining credits today and got a different style of boot for each of my kids and i'm just hoping we can get at least one year out of them without them falling apart, I definitely wasted my money by not canceling sooner and that's on me, just hoping we can at least get a bit of our money's worth from the shoes i just ordered! Especially since tax on them was $60

This company offers nice clothes and shoes for girls. They fit perfectly and the styles are A+. I'm a customer for life.
I just wish you didn't have this monthly payment program.
There is plenty of selection. I found that the light up shoes only last a few weeks then they are dead.
I really like the shoes, and so did my kids.
Just sad that they're is no half's in the shoe size.

I am NOT happy. They don't pay attention to delivery address. My package was NOT delivered to the UPS store as REQUESTED during check out. The UPS store is a well known business that ships and receives packages. However, fab kids chose to deliver my package to an unknown designation, marked as delivered, and yet I have NO package. I've tried picking up my package at the delivery address (UPS store) and they have ZERO information about my delivered item. I've called numerous times to fab kids, they are no help and tried to offer store credit. I also have another package set to be delivered to the same delivery address tomorrow (UPS store). I wonder if this one will go missing as well since nobody knows how to deliver items to the address that is says the item is supposed to be delivered to. Customer service reps are all over seas people who only tell you what you already know. I've been persistent in finding where my package was delivered to. I also have an open case with USPS which also tracked my package being delivered to the UPS STORE smh. Yet, people at the UPS store say I'm crazy and they have NOTHING for me. I want my money back I don't want no dam store credit. My son doesn't have his 2 pair of shoes and I'm out of money.

I came across a few promotions for the same thing. Buy two pairs of shoes for $9.95. So I set up an account and picked my two shoes. Upon check out the deal was not applied, although they did give me VIP prices and checked the VIP box with purchase which gave me $10 off this first purchase. I still wanted what they advertised, so before putting in my credit card information I called customer care. At first the person seemed nice and accomidating. It didn't take long to see how they played and I was transferred to a "supervisor" I suspect it was the same person. They offed me the two pair for 9.95 but was also informed but making this purchase I was committing to the VIP program which charged my card $28 something cents each month. I said no thank you. Grateful I was informed of the additional charges they had planned to get me for before I gave additional info. Deffinately a business about draining money out of their customers slowly. Dirty business I think, wouldn't want to associate myself with that.

Part of my disgruntlement is that I swear I never signed up for a subscription (I ordered from the site once and I guess somehow accidentally signed up for a subscription that charged my card $40 a month) so I found myself with a large amount of store credit that I needed to use. I was like, no problem, I can just order things every couple of months until the balance goes away. They regularly release new clothes so I check it frequently.
The problem is that few of the clothes are what I'd like to dress my child in. The designs look cheap and if I wanted to dress my child like that, I could get the same thing in a department store for much less. Let's branch out a bit from the neon, corny slogans, dinos, and trucks being the only selection for boys. I can't be the only boy mom frustrated by this.
Sizing is hit or miss. For example, my child wears 3T clothing pretty much across the board. FABKIDS shirts are tight but pants/shorts are too large and long.
I am a big fan of their shoes! They have held up well over time and have better designs. I will say the shoes tend to run large.
Tl;dr I wouldn't order from here if it wasn't for my unfortunate mistake while making my first order that left me with store credit.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
