FAB Glass And Mirror

I ordered. Paid. They shipped It and shipper FedEx Austell, Ga facility broke it. Sent replacement FedEx Austell, Ga facility Lost it. I tell them send it UPS. They send FedEx. Going on a month since order. The Second and third one is on The Glass company. The first on on FedEx bad service.

I had been looking for a glass top for a bentwood stool that I wished to use as a side table. I could not find a 14" anywhere, and then I found Fab Glass And Mirror. The glass is heavy and beautiful. I added several stick-on bumpers so it would stay put and it works beautifully.

I recently order three pieces of custom glass from Fabglass for our stair railing. Fabglass did a fabulous job to make sure the glass was exactly what we wanted. One piece has an irregular shape. When they finished the first cut, they found one side is off about 1/8 inch of what I specified. They asked me if I accepted and I said yes, but asked a picture of the glass. I then found out an inner angle is two rounded, and they gladly remade the glass for me. The second piece was wonderful, however, before they shipped it, they found a small scratch in the middle of the glass. It was very small but noticeable. They informed me right away and said they were happy to remake it again. They made the piece the third time and this time it was perfect. I received all three pieces in perfect shape and had them installed by a contractor. They look fabulous. Thank you Fabglass!

Advertised they would beat any competitor quote by 10%. Spoke with them, emailed them, sent them other quote, never heard anything back.

Sent follow up, still no response

What a bunch of liars. Don't even have the courtesy to tell you they can't do it.

I ordered a piece of clear, round, 1/4" tempered glass for a table top. My order was filled within 2 days, glass was well packaged, and it arrived quickly. The glass edge was professionally polished and the measurements exact. I don't normally write reviews, but I am impressed with the quality, service and pricing and so this company deserves commendation.

The price was excellent, especially since it included free delivery. The staff offered immediate and professional communications at each stage of the purchase. It was a simple process, I had only to decide which size, thickness, and edge design I wanted. I had the final product within five days, which is very rapid considering the season and the current strain on driver availability. We custom ordered a set of small glass panels for a side table project. The product was prepared and shipped (across the country) in a timely manner and was packed in a truly professional way. Pricing is somewhat high, but the results were good.

I had to change the delivery for ab item I ordered and Fab Glass and Mirror could not have been more accommodating. Great service and five star quality.

Fab Glass and Mirror is an online portal with an exhibit of best kinds of glass made home products. We had a great experience with the order of three glass table tops for dining room and wall mirror for the entrance area. The best polished and perfectly cut products reach our home and we are using these for almost two years without a scratch or a crack. Great creative work you Fab Glass and Mirror guys!

I received a plexiglass desk top that was scratched. I paid $377 and they offered me an $18 refund. This was besides the fact it came a week late and the tracking number they provided didn't work. Shop somewhere else if you care...

Got everything wrong, I tried to cancel less than 24 hrs after I placed order. Told me too late.
IMO I think their Google reviews are fake and this vendor is sub par - based upon my experience

I bought a shower door and It came broken. They company said that because I reported the damage after a month they can not replaced the door for free. I have to pay again with "SPECIAL" discount. Please do not buy anything in FABGLASSMIRROR. Very bad experience!.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER, DONT DO IT,, in BIG PRINT, SAYS FABRICATION TO DELIVERY 2 TO 3 WEEKS., it is about months now and nothing is here yet. WORSE,, in addition to the misrepresentation, than they tried to blame it on shipping was delayed, it wasn't even picked up for at least a month, than they sent me a set of wrong tracking numbers not even the same company.
4 days wasted trying to run down the product, finally I got the right info after emailing. They must use such cheap shippers it is taking a month, well maybe for shipping, maybe more. I ship big things across the country in 3-5 days without any issues regularly. EVEN WORSE WHEN I SENT THEM THERE BIG PRINT 2 TO 3 WEEKS, they sent me some really fine print highlighted in yellow. They won't even take responsibility for their LACK OF MEETING THEIR ADVERTISING. DO NOT USE
