“Product not delivered in over a month”

I ordered. Paid. They shipped It and shipper FedEx Austell, Ga facility broke it. Sent replacement FedEx Austell, Ga facility Lost it. I tell them send it UPS. They send FedEx. Going on a month since order. The Second and third one is on The Glass company. The first on on FedEx bad service.
