I live in Canada so expected a certain shipping delay but after waiting for over 2 weeks for my box and not seeing any movement on the tracking data I inquired with CS. I received an obviously copy & pasted response saying that there has been a delay in processing my order... If there was a delay then why did they send me a tracking code? Why do they have that BS shipping schedule posted? I don't understand how this company will survive if they can't keep their shipping promises.
The customer service rep was helpful. Everything is fine.
However, The note posted online was misleading, it stated [All products in your cart will be automatically billed on February 24,11:59 PM, PST no checkout required.] The automatic billing hit 24 hour earlier then it stated.

I had done some black Friday browsing and left something in my cart. I was quite surprised when I woke up this morning to my card being charged for the item left in my cart. I never authorized that payment and it is unacceptable to automatically charge someone for something they just put in thr cart. The customer service rep did the right thing and refunded me but Fab Fit Fun needs to fix their policies on automatic charges. I can't imagine what will happen if someone doesn't actually have the money in their account and they suddenly get surprised with a charge they did not authorize and hit with a overdraft fee or something. Not a good path for any company to be on

The winter box was fine. I got some cute things I liked, but the Sale experience has been a nightmare, with poor customer service nearly every stop of the way. I would not recommend this company unless you literally only intend to order the subscription box, and then never access their website again. I've gotten probably 50 different subscription boxes over the years, for myself and as gifts for others, and this has been by far the worst experience. Save yourself the money and headache.

Someone took my package i just wanted to make sure that someone signed for them when they were delivered. I didn't expect a package in return it was very kind. My granddaughter and i always enjoy opening the packages together. Thank you for sending us another we can't wait

Great experience handled all my issues every time I have one. Fun fit has great employees and I would love for you to see what I'm talking about by getting your quarterly box. For the price it well worth it.

My spring box had been missing, even though it said it was delivered. I got a hold of customer service and they sent me another one out immediately, no questions asked. I received the new one in just a couple days. I really appreciate feeling like I am important.

I've gotten 2 boxes from them and I liked them but was going to cancel before next season. I seen they were having the summer edit sale and I chose a couple of there items but never checked out. Now I'm getting charged $70 because they automatically charge you for the items in your cart when the sale is over. The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard a company do! If anyone's like me, I add things to my cart on multiple sites because I like the items but sometimes I decide not to get them. I wish I would of seen all these horrible reviews before ever signing up.

I find Fab Fit Fun to be shady! For example, I referred a friend but she used another code so I didn't get the $15.00 referral bonus and customer service was less than helpful. Or the starter box was sent to my elderly mom before she got her "starter box" which they charge $10.00 for they charged her $49.99 for a full box and said she didn't cancel in time but she was still waiting on a starter box how will she even know if she likes it. I spend so much time contacting them over billing issues, it's just not worth it for me to renew with them.

I'll likely donate everything I received, so hopefully someone out there could use it. All the items were pretty mediocre. And even more annoyingly, I filled out the survey of preferences when I first registered. Basically, everything I received was the exact opposite of my noted preference. Maybe it's a joke I'm not privy too. This subscription is a joke. Don't waste your time, money, or excitement on it.

My experience with customer service rep Jeanne, whom i called frantically with a simple question, was lovely & did truly make my day. I go on and off with fab fit fun and I typically do an annual pass. I love a lot of their products and I'm usually willing to purchase more.
My fall box just came with my 4 customized items (no complaints) and my 3 uncustomized. I kid you not… I was given a bag of cough drops and a smart water (not reusable, just a water I can buy at the gas station for $1.50). A few months ago, I'd say go order now! Now I'm wondering if they are running out of product or something?

I absolutely love getting my FabFitFun box 4 times a year. This box may be a little pricier than others, but it's well worth it for what you receive. I love that I can customize it and if there's ever an issue (rarely happens) they take care of it in a quick timely manner. Definitely recommend!

This is a fun quarterly subscription. Being an annual member I get to customize all the choices in my box. There are usually many items to choose from. Love that there are also sales that we can get stuff for 70% off or more!

I somehow accidentally signed up for both a seasonal box and also annual, so I was charged twice. I emailed customer service and within 8 hours they got back to me, explained what happened and are refunding the subscription I didn't want. Very helpful.

Your website is difficult to navigate. It is nearly impossible to go back and revise certain things. Then when I do go back I find out via my credit card statement that I was charged for a box I did not want. All I wanted to do was to order some boxes for gifts. Instead it turned into a real headache. I'm very apprehensive about ordering from this site as I don't know what other surprises are in store for me.

I had to spend 30 minutes working out a refund with customer service because of misleading information on the website. I signed up for a seasonal box. I was given an offer to upgrade to annual so I could customize my box immediately. I chose to upgrade.
Rather than upgrade the subscription I had just purchased, or override that initial purchase, it charged me for BOTH. Worse yet, the annual subscription benefits wouldn't start until the following season.
If the company would've been more clear about the process, I wouldn't have "upgraded".
Customer service was able to correct everything but it was a giant waste of my time.

They were supposed to send my box out a month ago, i ordered over $100 in add ons, and they still haven't sent it. Customer service said they would send me updates, twice. Still nothing. I asked for an address change as I am leaving, nope, not possible, even though it hasn't shipped. I will be cancelling my subscription.

For the past 4 years I've been giving yearly fab fit fun subscriptions to my granddaughter. This is the first time that we had a defective product in the box. I called customer service and spoke with Silver, she was so nice and helpful and took care of the problem immediately. My granddaughter loves getting these boxes every few months, she graduates this year and moves on with her new exciting life and I will keep sending her fab fit fun!

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
