I placed an it was never sent. I contacted them four times and they never responded. I had to contact my bank to cancel the payment and once I started that process, they decided to send the item. So it arrived six weeks after I purchased it and then I had a mess with my bank. What a nightmare.

I wouldn't recommend buying from EZ contacts! I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses on October 22,2024, and I still have not received them. The people you talk to you, tell you it's a shipping company problem. I think they are scammers. I will never or recommend anyone else buy from them. Very dissatisfied.

As easy as can be, if I made this any longer I will have spent more time doing this than ordering my daughters glasses!
The delivery was quick! I received exactly the same contacts at 70% of the price of my optometrist.
They are very light, which is something I look for in sunglasses.
But I realized that one of the plastics where it is held on the nose is loose as it is not adjusted, like the one on one side is adjusted and the other is almost coming off the sunglasses and I am afraid that it will come loose and get lost, I need to change them For others, both sides are good and not defective, one side is good and the other side is loose. Since they are expensive so that they are also poorly made and do not last a month with them. I only have a couple of days and I didn't realize that the sunglasses were defective.
Ordered contacts in October & paid $9 for expedited shipping, only to find out they were closed for the entire week due to a holiday. Don't know any company that shuts down for an entire week for even a major holiday without notifying the customer on the website. Had to order from a more reliable company & still had to pay for expedited shipping. Received my contacts 2 weeks late. Will never order from them again.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
