I ordered a frame from them and they took more than A month and half to send me the frame. The frame is very bad quality and Broke within three months. I tried to contact them back and they said that they will not do anything about it. Quality is bad and no customer support.
I ordered Oakley Sutro in 13th June and still waiting for this item. I asked several times but they just said it is backordered and it would be delivered in a week but cant guarantee.
I placed my order in June and had to reach out to customer service in regards to order status. They then informed me of backorder. Once I got my new glasses in August I was happy. Just wish I was kept in the loop more about my order

Although, it took about 5-6 weeks before I actually received it. I guess COVID-19 is to blame for the delay.
I could not be any more happy. I had a pair of frames that I loved but unfortunately destroyed. I was having a hard time finding them until I came across EZContacts. Not only did I find them but it's the best price ever. The options for lenses is expensive. I wasn't 100% sure on the decisions I should make so I contacted customer service. Their quick response and knowledge was everything I needed to make a final decision. The turnaround time was good, their communication was better than that and the final product even better. The final product met all expectations, their customer service exceeded my expectations and the price exceeded even that. As of now I see no reason to buy my next pair from anywhere else. I can't speak about returns because there was no reason for me to do one. In my humble opinion you can buy with complete confidence.

It can be worrisome to buy glasses online especially if you've always done an in person style of ordering, trying them on, etc. But EZContacts really does make it easy. I ordered my glasses on June 19th with fast delivery option selected and paid for. I did not receive my glasses until 4 weeks after I purchased them. Due to covid I could understand issues with manufacturing however whenever I called back to check up on the status I was given various reasons and they all were different. "They are currently in the lab" "the frames broke we need to order a new one" "they are being worked on right now" etc. Eventually, I got them. Then after 2 weeks my lenses started to scratch. They provided a cleaning cloth which I used the entire time. I doubt it was the cloths fault but instead it is poor coating. Sure I got the base model coat that has general scratch resistance but it should not last only 2 weeks! I called and emailed and I never got a good response. They advised to ship the glasses back and the returns department would send me out a new one 4+ weeks after they recieve them back, not only that they wanted to charge me for replacing the lenses! "sir we can give you a 75% discount". So not only would I be stranded without glasses for a month or longer I would have to pay for their mistakes or lack of craftsmenship. I am now in the process of talking with the BBB and my credit card company as this is a very shady and horrible business that sells horrible products. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
PS. My sister ordered 2 pairs of glasses in June and only received one so far, the other one has not been received and it is August 18th!
I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses on June 27th. They sent me the update saying my order had been placed and it was like that for a couple weeks. I thought that because of covid, processing and shipping times are probably longer. 4 weeks later, I called and immediately was told that the warehouse broke my sunglasses and that new ones had to be ordered from Italy. I was kind of mad because it took them 1 minute to tell me on the phone when I called my glasses were broke by them, and not through an email that could have been sent right after it happened. My glasses were delivered about 5 weeks after ordered.
Waited weeks, got glasses, couldn't see out of them. I requested a PD of 56 and when I took them to the optometrist they were 51.5. No wonder they were blurry. So disappointed.

I was very excited to find the frames and they were a pretty good price. However, I wear progressive lenses and the placement of the where the prescription changes is not correct. I think anyone would be okay getting a basic prescription lense--just not progressive
They product itself is good but i took almost a month to be delivered. Another one is still being processed. I emailed them and they have not replied back.
Just received my prescription Saint Laurent eyeglasses.
Order was placed July 17th. So almost a month to receive them. Was a little concerned at one point after reading other reviews about how long it would take to recieve. Feel like the 2 day shipping is a little misleading as people forget sometimes they wont have your glasses in stock and are currently in a pandemic, plus the time it actually takes to make your lenses. Seeing as we are in a pandemic i feel like less than 30 days to receive my glasses is fair! Especially at the price. Got all the bells and whistles, blue light and uv block, the thinnest lenses, anti reflective etc for $320. All in all, good experience! Definitely would buy glasses in the future from them. 4/5 stars, would definitely be 5/5 if they communicated the amount of time processing your order takes.
It was incredibly easy to add the prescription to my sunglasses. My prescription is pretty light but makes a huge difference when I'm golfing or driving. It was cost effective and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
Ordering was fine and shipping on contacts was quick but eye glasses were promised within a day or so but came about a week later. Tracking updates were very helpful and appreciated thought!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
