I called, placed an order for contacts, gave my CC# and got off the phone, thinking my order was placed. I found out later that evening that the person taking my order, did not put in correct CC#, so my order did not go thru. Long story short, I asked for a discount for my troubel and was told i could only get 10%. EZ contacts is now giving 15% off, so I am pissed I even ordered at all!
It took way too long to get these glasses, I called and added the two day shipping which was a charge of $12.99. My glasses were shipped out but it was 8 days before I got them, I emailed to complain about paying for 2 day and it took 8 but got no response. I would say they dropped the ball on this in paying extra for something I did not get.
Process went smoothly but my lenses are progressive and they do not fit my eyes as well as previous glasses where my eyes were measured as part of a fitting process before the lenses were manufactured
Shipping took forever. I want to say almost 2 weeks.

It took seeking assistance from BBB to get a response from EZCONTACTS. When I did call them I was on hold for over an hour just to have the call drop. Will never place an order with them again
Have been working with this company for a couple of years and they always deliver on their promise. Prices are good and customer service is responsive.
Ordered my daughter some discounted contacts. They took quite a bit of time to arrive, but we were happy with the purchase.
First pair was defective/broken, so I returned them immediately. Website said the frames were in stock, but they were not. I was told several times that they would be sent, but kept waiting. Then the office closed for 10 days for a religious holiday with no notification. Still no replacement frames. I checked yet again and was told they would be shipped, but nothing. They said they were waiting for them from the manufacturer, but again, the website said they were in stock. Very misleading and not true apparently. I ordered them in August and finally got them mid-October. I won't be ordering from them again. Frustrating experience.
I have tried several websites to order my contacts and EZCONTACTS was just as good as several others. I have found thru the years that to get the really low advertised price, you need to order more than one box. I didn't do that this time because my prescription was nearing its end date and I felt pretty sure the Dr. would change it. Therefore I did not get the lower price, but that was my fault. I did get free shipping and the service was pretty quick. I would recommend this site.
Sent open products - Return took weeks - blamed on holiday but it was weeks after holiday - tried to charge return shipping when they sent tampered with products
I placed an order for two pair of glasses one pair arrived within a decent time frame. The second pair took almost two months! The communication was always prompted by me to get the status on order. The response from the company/customer service, was seldom immediately the problem or issue was always due to a third party (the supplier). No remedy, solutions or compensation was ever offered or received. I would not recommend based on my experience!
Ordered contact lenses and received them in a few days.
After ordering frames with two day shipping the company all but disappeared. Their phones are not working. The chat feature and email don't work either.

Everything start to finish is just spot on. From the way you have to customize your glasses, to customer service, to tracking, and even when you open the box everything is just well put together.
I made order and immediately received response that it will be huge delay.
Why getting money if you don't have it? I don't know if I get it at all now.
Look folks... they HAVE no brick & mortar location... they simply have a fancy, schmancy website that makes it LOOK like they're "something", when in reality, they're NO different than the next business listed in your searches. Interesting, in that the VERY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW I see on them, the individual has undergone the EXACT same issues I'm having, namely, NO GLASSES! Yeah... they took my money... they stated it would be only 2-3 days to "process" (whatever THAT means!). Well it's now been NINE days, and the status is STILL the same, i. E. NOTHING HAS EVEN BEEN PROCESSED as far as the order goes. They don't inventory a/thing... they depend on suppliers to fill their orders, and while I know the frame is IN STOCK elsewhere, they can't get their act together!
NO email from them stating a difficulty in filling the order... NO response from them to my email contacting them inquiring about the order which was two days ago, nothing... nada, zip, cero! I will be calling my bank to get them to reverse the charges, and have the notion to send the glasses back IF they're even received!
Ordered sunglasses from EZContacts, do not waste your money or time, horrible experience, ordered Sept 19 and got my glasses on October 8th, they close 10 days for "holiday" without letting the customer know, no one ever answers the phone and when you try to send an email there is always a pop up window that says, system error try again, now i know why their prices are cheaper, please buy regular price anywhere but DO NOT buy anything from this piece of crap website!
I've used EZ Contacts in the past. The first time was super. Then my second order with them was put in on 9/16/21 and just finally heard back from them my order won't get to me till 10/20/21. I had to beg for information from them. Emails, calls and finally they got back to me. I emailed them back to say can we change the order to something similar and I can't get them to answer. I'll never use this company again. Horrible service. It would've been faster if I drove to New York and picked the contacts up myself.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
