Received my Celine sunglasses. Previously tried them on at Nordstrom. Got them through EZ Contacts at almost half the price but for some reason what I received seems to be of lesser quality than at the store.
Order shipped on November 27, still have not received it as of December 15th. Called they placed a trace on it and never received a reply. I called again and they said they would ship my another order, I asked for overnight delivery, they could not guarantee that either. I've bought contacts from them for the past 3 years and I dont know why this is happening... but I am a little fed up.
Only down fall is not getting to try them before hand bUT i am satisfied with quality, speed and price than other websites
Placed order for 2 items. One item shipped was fake - other never was shipped.
Still trying to get a refund. Call, email - not luck at all

Purchased 3 eyeglasses frames and had to wait over a month for the last one to arrive. It is almost like purchasing from out of USA!
Shipping was suppose to be 5-7 days. Its been 4 weeks and has still not arrived and no one from customer service has responded to my emails about where my package is.
The item I ordered was on backorder. I was given that information immediately and asked if I wanted to wait, cancel, or change my choice of styles. I was told the item would be available the week of the 23rd of November. I received it within a week of that and it arrived in excellent condition. Thank you EZContacts. I will order from you again.

I bought the Ray-Ban Junior Wayfarer RJ9035S
100/71 Black. The description stated "a perfect choice for kids or petite adults with small face and narrow head", I bought them for an 11 year old but they won't fit anyone over the age of 1. The sunglasses were great quality and authentic but will do me no good.
Very easy to order the contacts and they were received in short amount of time too! Will use again.

Finally they were delivered but when I opened my package I found that the carrera glasses they send me we're totally fake unfortunately this was a long wait for nothing I hardly recommend if you are planning to get sunglasses go to swatches.com they don't sell fake stuff and they delivering is outstanding allway happy whit their product I have proff of the fake cheap glasses I received form EZcontacts I would never order anything from your website anymore
I payed for one day shipping and I got my package two weeks later, and they ended up sending me the wrong frames.
Shipping took a little longer than expected but product and site work well.
The prices were great and the shopping was a breeze. Thank you.
Delivery was quick and accurate, as promised. This was a second try after a very negative first experience, and things went so well that I will use this merchant again and recommend it.
What I ordered came in split orders. One took about a week and my other pair I ordered the same day came in two weeks after the first pair.
Although undamaged the glasses frames flopped around inside the case. Suggest a little packing in the case then case into shipping box.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
