The wait was 4 weeks. I sent an email inquring about when my order would come the lady didnt respond until the day the package was due to be received. Shipping went from a DHL truck from California in New York to usps couldn't you just have sent it USPS in the first place.
It was my first time ordering with this company. My son wanted a specific frame and they had it at the best price. Ordering was easy and my son loves his new glasses.
It took about 6 weeks to get my order and every time I called to check on the order I was told it would be sent out in the next couple of days. A month later I finally got them. This was my second pair. The last time took over 2 months to receive my order. The product and value is great but the wait time and excuses are terrible.
Glasses came as ordered and on time. I would've had to pay $30 more to get the same frame with basic lenses at VisionWorks. I got transitions lenses with all the bells and whistles on the same frame I tried on in the office. Love this site!

I waited nearly 3 weeks for my glasses. I had to contact them regarding the status of my order and waited over 30 min. To speak with someone.

EDIT: It took filing a complaint with the BBB for them to actually process my refund. Interesting how in the same afternoon I submitted my complaint, the money was refunded to my bank account. I'm relieved I got my refund, but this will not change the fact that I'll never buy from them again.
I've been trying to get my money back (over $100) for a pair of glasses I returned a MONTH ago. They promise your money back within 72 hours of receiving the returned item, which is a flat-out lie. Tracking shows they received my returned item over three weeks ago, and customer service reps have confirmed they have my return. They keep telling me I'll see my money soon, that they're prioritizing my case, that they're just a little backlogged, etc. These have all been lies. Please save yourself the trouble and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Lengthy time for delivery of glasses, processing, communicating with customers, and processing returns... Make excuses for why things take a longer than expected. "We're very understaffed here... Your glasses may have been stolen from the storage facility... etc."
I hate giving negative feedback but I'm sorry I have to give negative on this I waited over a month for my glasses first the glasses I ordered for vacation they tell me a week later weren't in so they refund my money fine so then I decide to give it a second chance and the next month i go to the get the same glasses because they say they're in stock they write me again a week later they're not in so this time I decide to go to different color it takes them over a month I call and complain I don't know how many times and I got no help no nothing people kept saying I want to take care of it personally and then never get back to you I even asked if I could get a coupon or something for the inconvenience they told me no The customer service is awful then I finally get the glasses and the only thing I could say was the glasses were very nice but I do not think I will ever order from them again because I have gone to plenty places online and got my glasses in two weeks the most and for the customer service people did not want to help you or make you happy or try to fix it is not right
I had such a great expletive. It was super easy and they were delivered very quick. The glasses look great!

I had a question about my order and did a live chat with John Miller and he was so knowledgable and helpful. He was quick and answered all of my questions.
Had to fight to get uodates on why my glasses took 3 olus weeks past estimated. Once I finally got an answer 1. The glasses were out of stock (not describes as such on site) 2. The frames got damages after being in the warehouse so new ones had to be orderd. 3. The lense got scrstched in the lab, had to get another one. 4. When I got the glasses one lense was not antiglare. All while i had to call and be caller #25+ every time I wanted to find out what the heck the problems were. Now im waiting to get shipping info to return them again! Terrible business with obviously no customer service or communication between departments.
EZContact support was awesome! John helped in assisting with my prescription to get order processed. Would highly recommend EZContact.com to anyone.
I asked the associate if I could cancel my order, they cancelled my order and and told me when to expect my refund. Not a situation that calls for great assistance, but the service person executed it quickly and professionally.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
