I found this website while searching for some cheaper contacts and have been doing business with them ever since.
The glasses were exactly as I had ordered. My only complaint is that the actual shipping/delivery date was weeks later than it had said at the time of purchase. I probably still would have ordered them if I had known how long it would take up front, but I wish I had been given more accurate/honest information.
EZContacts lures you in with the great prices and supposed speedy delivery, I made a purchase and it took two weeks to arrive and the glasses arrived damaged. I was disappointed to see the glasses I had spent $300 dollars damaged but If I returned them it would take another two weeks to receive them, and I needed my glasses. If EZContacts was to be more informing on the delivery and shipping process then I am sure the customer would be much happier rather than believing the glasses would arrive in 3-5 days instead of 2 weeks.
I used this website because I was needed a new glasses asap. I have selected a frame which was in stock. A few days later I got a message that EZContacts needs to order this frame from Italy and it would delay my order. Then they told me that I need to wait even longer becaus plant in Italy also does t have it in stock. EZContacts never apologies that they lied from beginning and continued to tell me, that it is totally OK to say "in stock" when even producer doesn't have this frame in stock.
Once the order was placed there was no expected shipping date and no update on the progress of my order. I had no idea when to expect them. The glasses were fine and cheap, but the service of the order made me wonder if I'd been scammed.

Slow. Pathetic customer service. I will not order again from this company. There are too many other choices out there to settle for mediocrity.
I have never cleaned my glasses with anything other than eye glass cleaner and the cleaning cloth and they are scratched so bad after 3 months I can't see thru them, they are transitions and I paid a lot for them and they have no warranty buyer beware!
I stumbled across this site looking for a replacement frame for my beloved burgundy coach Lakota. While there weren't the burgundy there was black. (Loving the black even more!) While I was there I searched to see if there was a Burberry frame I really liked. There was so I got both frames and the Burberry I got a full set of glasses. Both were on back order and they came in and shipped before the time frame indicated. Between the full set of glasses and the frame I still paid less the. St my optometrists office! Win for me!

How can you confuse a prescription for distance glasses for a set of reading glasses? $180 reading glasses? Really? Give me a break...
And every time you call them there is at least a 15 minute wait on hold...

I love my glasses. They came in a good amount of time and they were just like they were supposed to be. I am glad I ordered them and they definitely are the best pair of glasses I have had. They even came with extra lenses. They were packaged perfect and had no scratches.

Tracking on website (through dhl) is not updated, it was expected to take 5-7 days to be delivered and has not arrived after fifteen days.
This is the sorriest company I have ever dealt with and I am 64 years old! In those years, I have dealt with many companies!
They sent contact order to wrong address and I have been over 5 weeks dealing with Customer Service and over 6 hours on the phone with them and I still haven't gotten my contacts or a refund! I get the run around every time I call.
They are all incompetent and I am being punished for their error of sending contacts to wrong address! Take my advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I think they are crooks!
It took over to weeks to receive my communication. They took the money right away, and after calling several times finally shipped 20 days after collecting payment. Customer service offered no help as to what the problem was. Received my glasses, which were not thinned as I had payed for, and their return policy left few options that would come close to making me "whole" again. Poor communication and TERRIBLE return policy! Stuck with glass an inch thick that I can't wear in public...

I ordered my glasses on the 2nd of the month and I didn't receive them until 26th of the month. The site definitely didn't tell you that if you're getting a prescription put into your glasses that you had to wait 15 days... it said 5 to 7 business days. Once I received my glasses, I was satisfied with the product. Just wish I received them sooner. "The Turnaround Process was Unsatisfying"

A few days after I placed my order, I got a message saying they could not put prescription lenses in the frames I chose (even though there was nothing to indicate that when I ordered). But, they said for an extra $50 they could send the order out to a specialty lab. Once they did that, it was another few weeks before the glasses shipped. The glasses themselves, are great and far less expensive than ordering from our local optometrist. Customer service was very responsive when I wrote them. But I wish they had proactively given me accurate information about when to expect the glasses.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
