I was on the fence about buying from eyeinform so I contacted them to ask how they managed to keep their prices so low. They order directly from the frame manufacturers and incur less costs compared to retail vendors.

I placed an order for a pair of giorgio armani frames and received them roughly 2 weeks later with updates sent to me via email.

I received a proof of authenticity slip and a really nice case along with my beautifully crafted frames.

I could not be more pleased with the service and prompt responses to my emails.

Fantastic online eyewear store! They have so much selection of designer frames. I love wearing Etnia Eyewear but they are crazy expensive to buy in Canada. That was until I found Eyeinform! Great prices, speedy delivery, and wonderful customer service. Highly recommended! Thank you Eyeinform!

I'm always (understandably) extremely skeptical of sites offering deep discounts on brand name items, but I looked into eyeinform.com and it looked completely legit. I ordered a pair of Fysh glasses frames at pretty much half of the price of anywhere else, and they are perfect and authentic! Do not hesitate to order from here. I know I will be again in the future! Very pleased!

Broke my old favorite frame, try to order in US but got delay status for 3 months then I had to cancel it. Just happen to find Eyeinform and they have it exactly to my size and type. Just a little wonder at first because the company is in Canada. Checking at the reviews, they all are positive so I go ahead to order my favorite frame. Since then, I keep waiting and checking UPS & it took nearly a month to get here in Texas ( I guest because of international order). Eventually, I received it yesterday in my mail box. It came with perfect condition, searching for re-assembly the old glass instruction without damage the frame and It fits perfectly. Thanks Eyeinform also with reasonable price too.

Was interested in a pair of hard to find Morel Lightecs and searching the internet found them at EyeInForm.com. Was going to go elsewhere since they are in Canada and I am in South Florida however decided to take a change and am VERY happy I did. All went flawlessly and saved $150.00 vs local. Will use again!

And customer support is very helpful. My new glasses are so awesome! I was afraid that since it's an online purchase, there's the possibility that they wouldn't fit my face features but everything turned out nice. Lenses are soft I don't feel them in my eyes. Bought Acuvue moist.

We are in love with EyeInform! The prices are half the cost for name brand frames at EyeInform with a greater selection too! We will no longer shop for frames at our local eye glass store in the states. Our insurance covers the eyewear as an out-of-network cost too! My daughters and I bought the same beautiful pair of Etnia's; and we have received so many compliments! We purchased a total of 4 frames in a 3-month period! I live in Vancouver and was looking for a local online source for new Etnia frames. I had never ordered frames online before and had a few questions that were promptly answered by Maria. I then visited the Etnia website and found a pair of 2021 frames that were not on the Eyeinform site and asked if they were available. Maria emailed the next day to say they were now on their site and so I ordered them. The price was close to $100 less than my optometrist and they were delivered on time and in perfect condition.

I had a great experience with EyeInform. I really liked the glasses I had (ProDesign) and wanted to get the same frames but lo and behold, frames are fashion and no one stocked them anymore. I was fine with being slightly out of fashion and did some detective work and found my way to EyeInform. After some very pleasant back and forth and a little covid shipping delay I was back in action with my classic frames. Kudos to Marie and team for the excellent communication and the very safe shipping. I was pleased to work with this firm and recommend them with no issues.

I only purchased frames and had my Rx lenses done locally. Nothing outstanding about the service nor product. Price was great for genuine product. Average shipping time. $15 shipping cost each way - I would recommend trying your frames on in store if possible before risking a purchase. Otherwise, I'd use the service again.

After getting my prescription for the first time I wanted to buy a nice pair of eyeglasses at reasonable price. Was surprised how fast my e-mails were answered. I literally just sent an e-mail and got a response back in 5 minutes. They had honest suggestions about lenses index, since my prescription was low (luckily still) and explained other options.
Shipped my glasses in 4 days and I got them in the mail in a week (in US).
Will buy again next year.
