Ordering was easy and I had no problem getting around on the website. Getting my questions answered concerning a prescription clarification was no problem either.
The product I received was what I wanted but when I tried the frame one of the legs was bend, so the frame sits out of place on my face. Definitely sending them back to get a new frame.
Everything seems fine though it is my first time to use progressive lenses and it is not easy but probably the lens are not the problem, it just takes time

Overall I was very happy with the product I received, the price and the time it took to get my glasses. I will use Glasses.com again and will recommend them to friends.
Very few places have small glasses in metal frames. This saves me having to flit from store to store to store only to find all they have in my size is plastic.

Replacement Lens instructions are a little cryptic...could not print shipping label. Prices on replacement lens seems a little high. Otherwise, experience was good.
Th eyeglasses I received were a completely different color than what I ordered. Online they looked dark blue but what I received was a very light teal color.

I purchased a second pair of the same glasses because I liked the first one so much. However I didn't receive a cleaning cloth with the second pair like I did with the first.
Ordered a frame and it was too small. Returned frame and ordered another frame. It took two weeks to get second frame. When I called for explanation, frame was received the next day.
I can't read out of either set of lenses which is what I need. I am returning them.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
