Everything went smoothly, except, it was my fault for not actually looking at the measurements for my glasses. For me, the height is too small. The bottom edge of the glasses interferes with my sight, some of the time.

Very helpful and knowledgeable phone staff.This is saving me so much money!

The only drawback was when I was calling a bunch, anxiously awaiting for my glasses to be shipped, I was told by Stephanie that they would be shipped that day. When I called the next day, seeing they in fact not been shipped, Stephanie did seem to be annoyed I was calling. She seemed to attribute it to telling me the day before that it would actually be shipped the next day (I had thought it was that day, which is what she originally told me). But even if she had told me that it would be the next day, the slight relay annoyance on her part was unnecessary.

With that said, I still am impressed by the knowledge of all the staff, from te product to the shipment to me. Also, I would have paid more than double at an optician's office.

The lenses are perfect and the great wuality I expected.

The lens holders in the frames I received are smaller than I expected. There is a model from the same maker that has larger lens holders, however they don't have the color I like in that model. So I need to decide if I want to keep the frames I received or exchange them for the other model but with the less than preferred color.

I wanted new lenses for existing frames

I wanted new lenses for existing frames. It was not straightforward or easy to get to the right place. It took me multiple times to find it. Also when I signed in, I was not able to get the same option I had before I logged in. So I logged out and muddled through your maze to get to the replacement lens screen.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses on the 3rd of the month. Received them today 10 days later. Normal amount of time expected. Optician is the same amount of time. The glasses were just as I expected and ordered. I have the same frame for computer glasses and this time wanted a fun pair for everyday wear. I ordered in Purple. I had a pleasant experience with Mark he was most helpful in helping me decide which lenses to go with for my prescription. If you want overnight then go to a local glasses store where they offer one hour. But if you want brand name frames and brand name lenses then eyeglasses.com is for you. I reached out to another online store and no one got back to me when I asked for brand of anti- reflective coating and lenses. I have been wearing designer high end glasses for many years and had no problem ordering online. Will I do so again? Yes.

Searching for frames was at first a bit confusing and I seemed to begoing in circles but I got the hang of it pretty fast. The glasses I received were of a much better quality than the ones I purchased locally and almost half the price!

First order was cancelled because the eyeglass was not in stock but at the time of purchase was available. I was a little disappointed. A second order was placed which was received a couple of days ago and i am very satisfied with my order. I love my glasses.

I paid $306 for wire rim bifocals and a pair of clip on shades. They lasted only 4 months before the temple broke. I had to contact the company SIX TIMES before they sent the correct replacement temple. I will NEVER buy from this company again. I got a nice pair of bifocals for $50 from another online site.

We have used Eyeglasses.com several times now for lense script upgrades to old frames and new frames. The timeliness of service and service is exceptional. The pricing is also half what we would pay in Sydney, Australia. All combined the choice is obvious.

Had to wait for out of stock frames. Had to pay extra for overnight delivery to get them quicker once the frames came in. Transition lense tinting is uneven in sunlight conditions. Not my usual excellent experiences with your services/products in the past.

The experience was very convenient! I had to get these clips - my 2nd in 2 months - because the first now has a scratch on it (though not in the field of vision) - and because one rubber tip has fallen off of the first one. Please glue them on!

The frame is well constructed

The frame is well constructed. But, I went no further than 'trying it on.'
However, I put it back in the box as delivered, and will return it for reimbursement next week. It is not 'tortise shell' enough for me. That is only cosmetic, but appearance is important.

Your service was very good. Unfortunately the glasses (lens) made my vision worse. I assume this may be in the prescription but I returned the glasses and I'll have the prescription checked. I'll probably get new glasses through a local vendor although I did like the Invincilite frames which I had previously.

As above your service was very good and I regret the mismatch between the prescription and my vision.

Great Experience

Great Experience. Wasn't sure about ordering glasses online, but felt very comfortable with this company. The online chat is a great service where you can get instant feedback and help from one of their great service representatives.

My glasses were on back order from the manufacturer and I was able to keep posted with emails and the online chat service.

I will and have recommended them to friends and family!

Great price and great customer service!

Only complaint whatsoever was on shipping, and that while item arrived to my country(Sweden), then it took about a week to finally deliver. Also update on parceltracker was very bad (after entering sweden)
Normaly it takes just a day or two to get a sending.

I searched everywhere for the frames I purchased. I bought the same frames from Costco and broke the frame. I found them on your website and ordered them. I saved@ $40 on them and received them promptly.
