Love the process, except the payment process - There's a bit of a glitch where you MUST UNCHECK shipping the billing address is the same. Key in your shipping / billing address separately. Otherwise, this was a breeze.

ITS TAKEN ME WAY TOO LONG TO PLACE MY ORDERS. MUCH EASIER ON 1800CONTACTS. SEEMLESS. ONCE USER STARTS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE THEY SHOULD BE ASKED WHO THEY ARE SHOPPING FOR IF THE PLAN HAS MULTIPLE MEMBERS.
You waited til after my RX was expired to process my last order. By the time the order was processed my rx expired and you didn't process my order at all then.
