Spent 20 minutes trying t order contacts using my insurance no clear way on how to add the VSP insurance, I have ordered before without an account and this time had to create an account to add insurance super frustrating.

The website is so precarious. It literally took 20 minutes and 6 tries before the purchase successfully completed after issues with using Affirm payment plan.
Shipping was fast on contacts. But eyeglasses were made wrong. They couldn't figure out how to fix it, so got a refund. Went back to order more contacts a few months later, had to upload prescription again. 1800 contacts is much easier and same price.
