I almost bought my contacts from somewhere else just because my VSP Vision insurance would not apply unless I added the item at checkout, removed my insurance, and reapply it again. Please tell your developers to fix this. Thank you.

Both times i've used eyesonic it's been easy to enter my prescription and place order. Took me less than 10 minutes to have contacts ordered
The last order was canceled without contacting me becuse you could not read the prescription. Why did you not contact me to reslove the issue instead of just canceling
