From start to delivery the entire process was extremely pleasant and easy to do. I was sceptical about being able to purchase eyewear that would be affordable, great looking and delivered on time. Eyeconic literally made me a convert to buying eyewear online. The frames are perfect and very comfortable to wear. The prescription was my biggest worry but there was no reason to worry, I can see clearly again! Overall the best experience I have had shopping for eyewear since I started wearing glasses as a child.
The glasses I ordered were sold out the last two times I needed new glasses... So around 3 years or more and this time when I went to get glasses they were still sitting there in my cart. All I had to do was press the place order button.

I had VSP and ordered contacts for me and glasses for my daughter from Eyeconic. It was super easy to find my contacts, add them to my cart, upload my prescription, check out, and also have VSP automatically use my benefits. For my daughter, there was a great selection of frames and I really love all of the designers. It was also easy for me to add her prescription and have VSP use my benefits and calculate my final cost. Overall, it was really good experience!

I had some difficulty with a previous order as it seems my focal point is "off" - potentially because I didn't have an accurate PD - usually these measurements are made by a trained technician & doing this virtually/ online has it's limitations...

I placed an order in 2023/uploaded my prescription - order was not filled because apparently the prescription was not clear (and when I called in, I was told that this is a known problem). If this is a known problem, why was not this addressed? I lost out on my 2023 insurance benefit. Unfortunately it was at the end of the year. I placed an order again in 2024 - this time, I had you call my dr's office so that I avoid uploading my prescription - that did not work either so I ended up emailing my prescription. Here I go again in 2025 - I hope this is a better experience.
