My plan explicitly says I am able to order a pair of glasses and a year of contacts - I did not receive a discount on either when placing an order. I understand having to pay for the frames, but I was not expecting to have to pay $250+ for my contacts. I am annoyed that I will have to submit a claim to VSP now. I did not have this issue in previous years and my insurance has not changed.
