My plan explicitly says I am able to order a pair of glasses and a year of contacts - I did not receive a discount on either when placing an order. I understand having to pay for the frames, but I was not expecting to have to pay $250+ for my contacts. I am annoyed that I will have to submit a claim to VSP now. I did not have this issue in previous years and my insurance has not changed.
Placed an order on Dec 3 and paid for expedited shipping. Items never arrived and never showed anything other than pending until the day after my order should have arrived and it changed from pending to canceled.
I recieved my glasses in a timely manner and had a wonderful customer service experience.

You do not have regular bifocals anymore and I can't wear progressive so I won't be back. I'll find someplace else to go And I come here twice a year
