THe glasses were exactly what I wanted, and excellent value as well. I messed up the shipping, and the support staff were very understanding and supportive.

I got some sunglasses from here and they are pretty good. But, I am getting my regular prescription glasses from here because there is a good guarantee and a decent price.

Fast and easy. A little more expensive than I through it would be. Had to return the glasses the prescription was not correct. The return process was easy and fast. I wish they had worked.

I preferTobe able to look at the glasses without someone following me or telling me that a certain pair won't work for me I will continue to come here in the future

I was able to afford my prescription glasses with EyeBuyDirect, and it's the first time using bifocals, and first I was so happy when I got my order, was fast and on time. The frame is great and I put them on and I have only haven't them off to sleep and shower, I love them and the color of the frame matches my hair color, I'm super happy, I wanna order another kind of frames, maybe sunglasses, and oh I'm transitioning to the bifocals very nicely, thank you. The process was easy and pleasant. I bought progressives and they got them right! The glasses are cute and comfortable. I will be buying from them again.

The notes that the first customer service representative left regarding my return/exchange, were different than what I was told over the phone. I was told I would receive my new glasses once they were back in stock (clear Lindens). I called to confirm today and there were no notes regarding my glasses. Complete failure in communication from the first representative I spoke with. This is unacceptable and really made me question if I wanted to continue purchasing from the site. I like the products from EBD but I have now had 2 bad experiences when dealing with returns or exchanges.

Love this business because just now my glasses shattered into a bazillion pieces because my kids and THANKFULLY I still had my prescription saved onto my profile. Even better, they have a 2-day delivery option, I love this site, thank you!👏

I've ordered my glasses here for over 10 years. Even when I try to go into a store to find glasses, I usually just end up coming back to EBD. Good prices and quality frames, lenses and service.

I love that these glasses are affordable and they have great BOGO deals. Having multiple glasses wearers we have spent hundreds on glasses feom the eye doctor that have gotten lost or broken within weeks. I now purchase multiple pairs from eyebuydirect so I have multiple options on hand. More fashion options and less stress!

The selection and ordering process is easy prices are good, but I'm a little disappointed in the quality of the lens, I've already experienced a spot on one of them and I only had them for a month I keep them in a case and only wear them when needed. So I can't give a 5 star on quality.

It took three weeks to receive them despite reassurances that they would be quickly delivered. I tracked it and it said "weather delays" even though my neighbor received hers eyeglasses in 3 days. I kept getting "how do you like your glasses" emails Even though I hadn't received them yet.

I have recommended multiple people to eye buy direct bc they have loved my glasses and couldn't believe how cheap they were without feeling cheap. Great quality.

Customer service helped me retrieve all the details from my previous order- loved the frames so much I bought a backup pair
