I normally receive discounts for the site because I have bought glasses from them before. So today I decided to buy some glasses for my kids since I received a coupon for 30% discount yesterday and when I was applying the code at the end it said it was already expired! Finally I found an other coupon online for 20% discount.
I love eyebudirect. I think I have ten or eleven pairs of glasses and all but one are from eyebuydirect. I only gave four stars because Ive some of the models dont hold up as long but they were also fifteen dollars. Customer service is great. I wish they delivered more quickly but Im just being impatient and bratty. Eyebuydirect has a lot of styles that are actually cool, which is why I prefer them to their competitors.
Amazing selections and great prices. Even if you're looking for something less expensive they have nice selections to chose from, unlike an eye doctor where the 10 dollar glasses are the ugly ones. Website is easy to use and maneuver. Add a picture of yourself and you can try on glasses instantly. I personally just go to my optometrist just to get my prescription and then come home to eyebuy direct to buy my prescription glasses.
I was doubtful when I ordered my first pair, but I was blown away by how great my glasses turned out. Now that I know how great the quality of these glasses are I'm ordering four more pairs, including a pair of sunglasses! I can't wait to get them!

After calling I learned that it is buy one pair and get one pair of frames only, not lenses. I am not looking for something for nothing so placed my order anyway. I have yet to see the quality and fit. Perhaps I can review again after receipt.

I recently noticed that the corner of my frames was cracked, near the hinge. I wrote to eyebuydirect, and they responded within 48 hours - i sent them pictures of the cracks, and by the next day, they had approved free replacement of my glasses! I even asked if i could upgrade my lenses if i paid the extra, and they added that to my order with no issue! Very prompt customer service, and SO accommodating! I have ordered about 5 pairs of glasses from EBD, and they have all been of consistent quality, and obviously, great prices compared to walk-in eyewear stores. I was initially hesitant to order glasses online, but the process has been so easy - even the ones i returned were nice, they just didnt suit me. And returning was as easy as requesting a return label and dropping the box in the mail! I will definitely be back. LOVE EYEBUYDIRECT!

Ordered 2/26 was supposed to get expedited shipping as they screwed my last order up(and they broke after two months) here it is 3/12 and STILL THEY ARE NOT HERE. This is absolutely unacceptable as a company to be this horrible with customer service!.
They have a large selection of frames and different price points. They are very reasonable. I really like to the ability to upload a photo on try on any pair of glasses. You can even do it from the search page where they are all listed so you can just click through and try them all. Great price!
