I have a high/heavy prescription, which is usually expensive having to get the special thinner index lenses or they are very bulky/heavy - I'm usually quoted about $300 for these types of lenses with frames at the eye doctor. For under $100 I was able to get the super thin index lenses with UV and blue light filters and also many choices of frames. They are very lightweight, I can see great and the shipping was really quick. I was heading out of town not expecting I'd get them beforehand but got them well before leaving. Thank you!
This was an amazing experience. Honestly I will never buy glasses in store ever again. I got 3 glasses for less than the one pair I bought in store. Ill go just to get my eyes checked once a year and after that I will just use my prescription and buy online. My eye doctor also gave me a hard time and refused to tell me my pupillary distance measurement to keep me from buying online which I absolutely disliked. I am glad I eventually got that all sorted out and I am very excited to see what new pairs I will get in the future

With your prices and discounts, I can't imagine ordering anywhere else.The glasses got here pretty fast with just standard shipping (in about a week counting the weekend), and were in perfect condition when I received them exactly as I had ordered them. My only problem is the perscription isnt quite right in my left eye lens and I am having a hard time trying to find out where to go to return them. My account says I have no purchase history? I don't want a refund, I just want the prescription to be right. If a half a star was an option, I would give this shopping experience 4 1/2 out 5 stars. And only because I can't seem to figure out the return process.
It's exactly how it seems, low price low quality high price high quality. I got a pair of blue light blocking glasses for $30 and they do exactly as they're meant to. I also got a pair of transitioning glasses for $60, and they're as sturdy as any $60-$120 name brand sunglasses I've owned. The cheap stuff is cheap, the expensive stuff is better. I think the appeal, personally, is the freedom of choice.

I ordered glasses from EyeBuyDirect because the prices are reasonable and they have a lot of variety. Glasses arrived. They were child-like too small. I put in a request to have my payment credited back (to buy some larger glasses from the same company) and to send back the glasses. I was told I would hear back within 24 hours. It has been over a week now with no response. I ended up buying glasses from another company and they shipped to me in the time I have been waiting for a response about a refund and how to ship EyeBuyDirect glasses back.

I purposely chose an inexpensive frame because I was skeptical about buying glasses online and I'm glad I did. I don't know if it's the shape of the lens or if it's just not an accurate way of obtaining prescription glasses, but it's like looking through a fishbowl. Wearing them gives the illusion the flat ground I'm standing on is at an incline and I immediately became nauseated. I chose another slightly more expensive frame and I am waiting on that pair to see if it's an issue with the shape.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.

I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
