Do not bother with the two day shipping. I returned a pair because there was something wrong with one of the lenses and didn't get a refund on shipping. Maybe I would have gotten a refund if I had gotten a replacement instead of a refund, but I really wanted a specific type of lenses that weren't included in the 2 day shipping. I still believe that the shipping should have been refunded since there was clearly an issue with one of the lenses. There was something like a glare or a smudge on the inside of the lens. It was only visible in certain lighting, and it drove me crazy when I noticed it!
I did get a refund on shipping for another pair I returned, but it was just the normal 7-14 shipping. So just get normal shipping because even if you are not refunded, you'll only be out a few dollars instead of $30.
That being said, customer service was polite. They answered my questions and gave me a breakdown of the refund when I asked. The two pairs of eyeglasses and the pair of sunglasses I have now are cute and comfortable. I understand that there was probably nothing that anyone I corresponded with could have done about the shipping, but it still bothers my that a good chunk of my payment will not be refunded.

The virtual try on feature is what i used to pick my frames and it is horribly inaccurate. The glasses i bought fit my photo perfectly and in reality they are giant for my head! Taller and wider than the picture and completely unwearable. My second pair i was scared would be a little small per the virtual try on, ended up being pretty perfect so im going to reference their size for future purchases.

Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.

I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
