I ordered glasses and from the day they were marked shipped I received them 16 days later. I paid for antireflective coating. However, they reflect everything to point that you can probably see what website I'm on in my glasses. I wanted to return them, however that was not an option because I received them outside the window for returns due to my military shipping address. Fortunately I was offered to exchange the glasses so I did for a slightly less expensive frames.
The glasses I received is what I ordered but I tried to adjust them and no matter what I do I just can't see clearly some thing is wrong with them I'll be tackling them to an eye glass shop to see what is wrong
4 stars bcus we can't seem to get the sizes right for my 12 year old. Either too big or too small. Quality is definitely 5 stars. Wish there was more guidance on picking the correct size.

Original order placed mid November Frames came withing 5 days of ordering. Frames did not fit. Replacement frames chose and paid the remainder balance. Replacement frames did not ship though when I called they told me over and over again they were in the final stages and will be shipped within the 14 days. It's December 16 and I am still waiting for replacement frames. When I email they keep sending the same reply "final stages" called finally and they assure me they will be here Dec 23 but have not been shipped yet (we will see). Offered a 10% discount for my troubles. It's not good enough. Don't waste your time and money.
This was my first experience buying glasses online and I was skeptical that the progressives I wear would be made with same quality as some of my previous glasses made local to me. I was wrong! I bought 2 pairs at a fraction of the cost of what I normally would. Upon arrival, I did not care for the fit of one of the frames and the other pair was slightly damaged in transit, so I reordered the broken pair. I was going to ask for a refund for the other pair, but decided to try a different style and was credited another 15% off by EyeBuyDIrect! My overall experience with eyebuydirect was great. Besides the shipping which took way too long in my opinion the quality of the frames are great ESPECIALLY the price. Another "con" I could say would be the select frames that I can only choose from. Because of my prescription I can't pick out some of the frames that I was really looking forward to try.

The first pair I ordered did not look good on. However, eyebuydirect replaced them with a pair I do like without any hassle! I am pleasantly surprised —since I was expecting some push-back since there was nothing "wrong" with them except the way they looked on my face. Very pleased with the whole experience!

I ordered 2 pair of glasses. One pair fit perfect and I could see out of them perfectly. There were some issues with the second pair but Customer Service has been wonderful to correct the problems.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
