This was my first time ordering from EyeBuyDirect and they made it so easy to customize my glasses and everything just the way I wanted it, for a literal fraction of what they eye doctor wanted!

Only one of the 3 pair of glasses I ordered originally, worked for me. The exchange process was painless and the customer service was exceptional!

I needed a pair of glasses for my son and had to pay cash (used the vision insurance for contacts). His glasses are an affordable backup for when he isnt wearing his contacts. The process was great and they got him better than most pairs we have gotten from the eye care center.

High Quality, quickly shipped, so cute. 10/10 would recommend.

If you're getting shades with prescription, I suggest you buy the gradient ones in green. It does not change nature colors as much and if you have to enter a building, the gradient will provide some clarity so that you don't have to be changing to your regular prescription glasses every time.

It was a struggle to do all the measurements. I ordered but I have no clue if I did it correctly, I guess I wait and see.

EyeBuyDirect was helpful and quick from the start to finish of the process. I was able to pick two frames and lenses during their buy one get one free sale. The boxes that they came in were cute holiday boxes. When I needed to return a pair and exchange for another pair, customer service was quick, helpful, and attentive. My new replacement pair came in a few days ago and love them.

I got 2 pairs for the price of 1 and love both. Making them takes a bit, but after they ship, you get them fast.

After placing my order I had to suddenly plan to fly out of town. I, therefore, contacted customer service agents through the website chat. My agent, Leslie, was extremely helpful in expediting my order so that I could receive my glasses before I left.

We ended up choosing the wrong lenses type the first order and EBD was more than happy enough to help us reorder a new pair with the right lenses! Thank you again!

I ordered on Black Friday and ended up with a huge steal. I feel like I'm finally an adult by having my prescription sunglasses.

Took a while to receive. Not sure where the mistake was but it they are suppose to be reading glasses but I cannot use for reading only far distance.

I purchased two pairs and I am super happy! I have never purchased glasses on the internet, and I'll admit I was a bit skeptical. Delivery was super quick too! I will be ordering again for a pair of prescription sunglasses next!

My glasses were shipped December 9th and arrived January 2nd. 24 days is ridiculous. Very disappointed in USPS delivery service.

With labs shut down everywhere last year over covid, I needed to replace my broken bifocals immediately. With prescription still good, I found Eye Buy Direct. Ordered that day with hundreds of choices to try on with downloaded photo, and was I happy. My cost was a fraction of what I have paid before even after insurance kicked in. I will use this company as long as they're in business
