Great quality frames and got 2 with BOGO sale. However, it took almost 1 month to receive in the mail. Granted, I purchased during black Friday and with the holidays I understand shipping gets backed up (currently in HI).

I needed a second pair that also had blue light blocking. Eyebuydirect had a frame I liked and the lenses weren't expensive so I measured and decided to try them! After a few gentle bends, they fit perfectly and are my favorite of the two that I have now. They scratch easier than the first pair so I'll be ordering another set probably this spring or summer but at this price-set, I can afford them easier (not that I enjoy picking new frames more frequently! Note that!) You get what you pay for though and in this case, I'm grateful to not pay hundreds of dollars yearly!

I ordered two pairs of glasses on Nov. 27. They did not ship until Dec. 11. I got no updates about order even when requested for next three weeks. Today the glasses showed up, and one of my glasses is exactly the opposite of how I ordered it. I asked that the bifocal be lowered by 7mm from the usual that EBD placed it, as the line was right in the middle of my long vision eye line. I needed it lower so that it would not be in my vision. So, today I received a pair of glasses with the bifocals raised nearly halfway up the lens. Now I cannot see anything beyond two feet. Really? I was very explicit as to what I needed and why I needed it, and I get the exact opposite. I would like to return, but since the order was "voided" I cannot at this time. Not a good experience at all.

It was easy to order. I order non prescription blue blocking glass for when I wear my contacts. It took a very long time for them to come in, specially with no prescription to confirm. Happy with product.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
