Love buying my glasses here and now I also buy my son as well. Super satisfied with this website and the glasses quality they carry.

I had a small issue on my 5th Order and it was my first time reaching out with a little gripe. The support was superb and replacement glasses sent straight away.

Although my order took longer than I anticipated, I was so happy when my glasses finally came in. Perfect frame fit and the lenses are great and so cute!

I can't blame them for USPS having hard times, but I can suggest that the person taking the call from me that my glasses never arrived doesn't assume I'm lying. Either way, first pair never showed, but they sent a second pair out that did. Thank you for that.

I am very happy with my sunglasses purchase but the glasses are not comfortable on me. Maybe I made a bad choice or they are not adjusted correctly.

I had a great experience with Eye Buy Direct, I was able to input my prescription and pick the lenses that I liked. They were not as expensive as the store with the eye physician and I was able to buy a few pairs for the price I would have paid for one!

Everything seems to be fine except one pair of glasses are too large.

I purchased 2 pair of glasses for myself and 4 pairs for my daughter using my FSA card. This was my first time ever purchasing glasses online and I was a little apprehensive. But the website was very easy to use and the instructions were really easy to follow. I received my glasses first and tried them out for a week. My daughter received hers and had no problems what so ever.one One of the pair I purchased was a little off, and I had to send them back. The return process was super easy. I requested a new pair on a Tuesday evening and by Wednesday morning the new pair was being processed. I was sent a return label and just had to put the pair the going back in a box and send out. I received the new pair by the end of the week. I will definitely be using EyeBuyDirect again.
