DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GLASSES! I ordered glasses on march 30th 2022. Just looked this morning after continus calls asking when my glasses will be ready they keep saying processing. THey have no idea when they will have them ready. What a waste of time. 3 weeks later and still no glasses. Never again and canceled and will never use them again!

This is my second pair of glasses, Both pairs have been made well. The Rx and lenses are as good as I got at my local Optometrist. I had my doubts at first but, my first pair relieved me of those doubts and I bought a second pair.

Easy and would do it again. Glasses are top notch. Prescription was spot on. Left off one star as I had to contact chat service to get a 2nd pair coming my way due to the Segment Height being to high for progressives, however that chat was easy, took a photo and sent to rep. He said new pair would arrive 7-14 days. Customer service is top notch. Would def buy more. PS. No insurance used and saved $450 from local vision (that used insurance). Vision Insurance is a waste in my opinion.

Personally I did better to get name brand frames (Ray Ban). Still considerably pricier than Eye directs cheaper frames but really did fit better. But overall the eyeglasses were a real bargain, they fit great. I am waiting to see how well the clarity (in terms of scratching) hold up
Don't waste your money here. I've been trying to get a refund for over a week. I ordered sunglasses on 3/20/2022. They were delivered on 4/1/2022. Upon trying them on, it was determined that something was wrong with the prescription and the lenses were extremely thick. I emailed asking to return and was given a return label. I mailed them on 4/4/2022 and they attempted to process a refund. However, during the time, the card that was originally used was stolen and had to be replaced. I've called asking about getting the refund to the replacement card since both were linked to the same bank account. For the past week, I've gotten the run around. My bank has explained to the that they can't process a refund on a "hot card" and requested that the company try another method. The only thing the company will do is process store credit or give me a gift card that can only be used at Eyebuydirect. I don't want either since i will not be using them again and will not tell friends or family to use them. I paid $91.60 for the glasses and was told I would get a refund of $90.62. The one thing they fail to tell you is that you can only get refunds to the original form of payment.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
