Best price I could find for eyeglasses, and so much easier than going to the store. The only hard thing is actually knowing how the frames will fit your face. I bought one pair that looked good on the "virtual try on" but they were much bigger in person and fit too wide on my face. Luckily though they have a great return policy so I was able to exchange them out and the next pair were awesome! Lots of frame options, and production and shipping were pretty quick!

It seemed delivery was purposely delayed because I did not pay for rush treatment. A cheap and deceptive part to an otherwise very good experience.
I cannot believe the BS this company has put me thru for a pair of perscription glasses. First off Whom ever does the shipping label MUST be fired Immediately. I ordered a pair of glasses to be delivered in CA. The completed glasses went up and down the west coast- (passed the delivery address 4 times) only to be shipping to Florida, and then only to have "someone" come pick up the package at the mailing site in TX. Ok? After dealing with useless USPS, I called EBD for another pair to be issued. What do you know 2 weeks later. Glasses are done, have passed the delivery location 4 more times again. Package is in Florida again out for delivery. What an F joke. Due to the idiot person doing shipping labels, and not putting the full delivery address I get to deal with this. FULL REFUND issued today. This place is a joke. Use Zenni optical for your glasses, way faster, cheaper, and you actually get the product your order. F this place cant wait till they go out of business.
