I bought the Gallo frames. Width of field of view for deluxe progressive lenses disappointingly narrow. One nose pad defective--will not swivel (defective mounting box). Plastic ear hook covers slip in and out on the ear pieces, making adjustment nearly impossible.

Easy shopping. Smooth delivery. Great quality! I could not be happier!

Overall a good experience. Shipping was a little slower than I expected but not too bad.

If you are meticulous in taking measurements of your favorite pair of glasses, and use those, you can get a great pair of glasses at a fair price. I've bought 2 pair so far and am satisfied.

Very happy as usual with EyeBuyDirect product. Only problems are that Chat isn't working and I want to order from the Futuristic selection of frames. They don't seem to work with my prescription. Please do what is needed to correct that so that I can order them.

The other issue that I run into is that I have an usual prescription and they have to get a new copy of my prescription directly every time instead of storing it with my account to have the verification on hand when I place a new order.

These are minor complaints. I am very happy with the final product. The frames are good quality and the prescription is always accurate. Now that they are expanding frame designs into more unusual designs, that is ever better. I just want to be able to take advantage of the new frames.

It would be better with faster shipping for bifocals.

While the delivery took a while (I used the standard delivery) both glasses I ordered were in excellent condition. Both exactly as pictured, and both fit well. An outstanding value for the price.

Was great to be able to shop online without sale person trying to sale me something I really don't want.

I ordered a pair of progressive lens eyeglasses, with a inexpensive frames to see if I liked the glasses, service and quality. The ad said buy one pair and get one pair free. Which I thought would be good. I received the glasses within the 10 day period, but they were Bifocals, which I couldn"t use. So I
Called and explained what happened and was told they would send a return label for the glasses I received and reorder the glasses in Progressive lens. I sent the Bifocal glasses back and received the corrected Progressive lens glasses approximately 10 days later. They were fine, correct lens and fit.
I have not received conformation of the glasses I returned, or a receipt for my payment which I charged on my credit card.

I love these prices! My glasses fits really well and the vision is perfect. It was such a fast and easy page to buy from.
