There is a good selection of frames, and service is very good. However, searches could be more effective. I selected a frame one night, and was unable to find it the next day. I vaguely remembered the name of the frame, then searched for it. I did find it, but it shouldn't have taken that long.

I've been purchasing my glasses form EBD for years and you can't beat their prices or customer service. I wear progressive lenses and prefer the 1.74 index lenses. I was shocked at the prices for glasses at my optometrist's office and the big box stores. EBD glasses are less than half the price! I like to have several pair to match my mood and outfits, and EBD makes that possible. It might seem scary to pick frames without trying them on, but the virtual try on feature if pretty good and if you know the measurements that fit you best, it's not to risky. If you ever get a pair you're not happy with, their customer service can help you with an exchange. I recommend EBD to friends all the time. Hope this helps.

\It seems like EBD changes their offers almost daily, and many of them don't actually work once you read the small print and exclusions. Some frames look like a great value at first, until you're pushed toward very expensive lenses. Then with other frames, the lenses are much cheaper. It all feels very confusing. If only they made everything consistent and straightforward, the experience would be so much better.

Had to enter my acct MULTIPLE TIMES because every two minutes the page was kicking me out for now reason while i was searching frames. That was not nice, but aside that i love it here.

My glasses lense originally came with a small scratch in a circle shape but it didn't bother me so I obviously didn't return them. Otherwise, I loved them! Unfortunately, now they are lost hence why ordering a new pair :( I loved the others so hope these are good too! Glasses arrived bent, I did not return because I needed them right away after eye surgery. They are bifocals so being bent is a huge problem.
