I reallly like the option of trying-on my frames by uploading a photo of myself; makes it so much easier to shop at my own convenience. I felt the pricing was excellent - less than half of what I was quoted at my insurers optician. I wish I had received my glasses sooner, (I suppose Amazons next-day delivery has me spoiled) but Im thrilled with my new progressive-lens frames now that theyve arrived! I just ordered my 2nd pair!

We live in an impatient world where online companies like zappos and amazon offer next day air and quick processing times. Im pretty low maintenance and even I have lost excitement regarding my order while Im 13 days in of having placed the order with no end in sight. My prescription is 1.0 which is simple. Ive contacted customer service twice, on different days, and the response was itd ship in 2-3 business days. The excitment is caput and i doubt ill be a returning customer.
