It's been very frustrating to have orders held, until I send an email confirming that I placed an order with 2 different prescriptions/glasses.
Thank you for making this process simple easy and quick for my needs to be meet as well find a glasses style that fits me
Quality is good and reasonable prices. Ordered from them in the past and it's super easy and ships out quickly. Any issues along the way are addressed promptly
I have a pretty strong prescription, so being able to get multiple pairs of glasses for less than I previously paid for one has been a game changer.
I've been buying glasses from them for years- their prices allow me to get several pairs a year for the cost of a pair at a custom shop.
I've bought multiple pairs of glasses from EyeByeDirect and have been impressed with the quality of the frames and accuracy of the prescribed lenses. I wear progressives, often times tricky to get right. So far so good, all have been spot on. Ordering is simple and shipping has been quick. And all of it at a very competitive price.
I've bought a couple times with EBD and they have cute styles at affordable prices which is great because I tend to misplace many glasses. I love having options!
The whole experience was pretty good, I would have liked to have better/more contact, as to the progress of my order. Just saying my order is being processed does not tell me if it is progressing on the timeline as it should. Besides that, my order was delivered in the time frame they said it would and the glasses look good, and the prescription is right.
Cute options, and I love the try on feature. Easy to customize and add prescriptions too.
Easy to order and nice selection of affordable glasses. The add-ons can make the purchase expensive.
If you try to pick certain tints, you get a message that say "We are having problems fitting your prescription to these lens- call cistomer service..." I have no prescription. The error message is confusing.
I've been ordering glasses and sunglasses through EBD for years now. It's always been a great experience and when I've tried other online retailers, I always find myself coming back to EBD.
As long as you have a prescription for your prescription glasses it's super easy! Much cheaper than trying to buy through the eye dr I got two pair for the price of one! That's a win for someone like me whose eye prescription changes quite often!
Every time I get a pair of glasses from you guys they're always perfect. I think I have seven pairs and have never had an issue once.
Apparently filtering by prescription and choosing a saved prescription is not enough, after the order is confirmed, they ask for more money.
Great selection at a more affordable price. My eye doctor wanted to charge more than double for a similar pair of glasses.
I get all my glasses here. I tend to ruin mine often so expensive glasses are just not worth it for me.
Buying eyeglasses here is easy and fast. The lenses are bit more expensive that the last 2 years, but inflation is everywhere
USPS lost my order, but they promptly sent out a new pair. The prescription is great and I love my new glasses.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
