I love how you can save items for later so you can decide what you want to get and if you dont have the money to buy everything at once you can save what you want to get or are interested in and then add what you want to purchase to your cart and check out, but everything else stays in your saved for later "cart". You can also use it if youre trying to decide on which style you want you can add multiple things to the saved for later and decide exactly what you want from there. The website is very user friendly and they have great prices and sales. I am super excited to continue upgrading my newest addition to the family.

No problem with products I got. They have not been installed but seem to fit perfectly.
Delivery of flairs was somehow bad, I contacted American Truck to advice I needed to know in advance some frame for delivery so I leave my gate open. I was told I would receive an email etc. didn't happen, the email I received was telling me product had been delivered. Yeah, was thrown over a 6 ft. Gate.
The step bars… I was home to open gate.
Product looks as promised.

Love the look of my new bars, but when I went to install the passenger side, I noticed a dent right in the middle where they had the binding cord wrapped around inside the box. Kind of bummed about that, but not enough to send them back and get a new set.

My ordering experience was flawless. Great customer service. I had no issues. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the military discount. I got an $80.00 discount on a $2800. 00 order. The majority places that give military discount, gives at least 10%. That was my only disappointment with the whole process. Besides that, great customer service. Thank you. Hope you consider in the future to give a little bit better military discount.

As I placed my order from my cart I made a mistake on payment method, but didn't realize that mistake for about 30mins later. I quickly called customer service and explained to Amy that i needed to change my method of payment, she was completely on board with understanding my goof-up and began the process. Amy was very upbeat and was always updating me on what she was doing, we were even chitchatting as she worked the process, long story short Amy had to cancell my original order and rebuild it, 90mins later my issue was resolved, what a great job Amy did and she actually got my order placed with my correct method of payment. Some parts are already shipped, arriving tomorrow 4/12, other shipments are still pending.

I bought the tailgate storage and door storage bins for my JK, and it's been a nightmare. I'm not going to return it because I'll never learn my lesson if I get my money back.

The materials seem cheap. The hardware seems cheap. Check out the pics attached. Over $100 for this stuff and it's not working out as advertised on the website or the YouTube videos.

This isn't the first time I've bought from Extreme Terrain so I'm not sure it's them. It is the first time I've bought a product from them that doesn't live up to the advertisement.
