You have a great selection and it was delivered fast. But do you think people really want to shop here again when you'll receive multiple emails a day after just placing one order? NO! It's $#*!ing annoying! And makes me never want to shop with you again! No one wants to constantly be annoyed and bugged to buy more $#*!! If I need anything else I'll go on the website and look for it. Stop with the $#*!ing emails!

I'm on my 2nd Jeep Wrangler. I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with Extreme Terrain, and I will continue to do so (much to my wife's chagrin) LOL... ET is the best. Best selection, amazing service, great help when you need it. I wish every company I shopped with were as good as they are.

The service is terrible and getting worst every time I purchase anything from them. I highly recommend you do not. Shop somewhere else. When you call their too line and get a call center clerk, they cannot help you. I spent over $3,000 dollars on parts for a recent order here and had shipping delays. When I asked for help I was told it was my responsibly to contact the delivery company. I asked to speak to the supervisor who was too busy with other customers and would not come to the phone, but Ann the clerk said she would call me. I asked Anne for the Supervisors phone number, she told be she did not know here supervisors' number. Well, the supervisor Jamie Baker if that is even a real person still has not called me. Terrible customer service they do not care what happens. Oh! They offered me a $20 discount on my next purchase, which doesn't help when you spend money like I do. All I wanted was help either returning my order or help calling the shipping coming they decided to work with. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELES I WILL.
