I made my first purchase from ET last week. I had a question about a product. I started a chat and they called me, answered all of my questions, and completed my order over the phone. Awesome service. My items were shipped out quickly. The ones that were shipped via FedEx were delivered in two days, but the one item that was shipped via USPS (we all know how they are)is still on the way. Just completed my second order. I highly recommend ET for all your Jeep needs or wants.

Once your item is dropped off and scanned by FedEx, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. I called several times because I was a little uncertain about the size of the lug nuts I would need to fit my
Mammoth black matte rims. I talked to Micheal who gave me the first quote, which was the right quote, however It took me a while to read my email/quote, so I wanted to be sure. I called the 3rd time and Jim helped me by telling me about the item and just made placing my order so easy. I was even more happy about having my rims put on with my new tires. Thx Jim!

Terrible. Ordered a roof rack. Got only the wind deflector. Took off work to install for a vacation. Rack discontinued. Now waiting 7-10 days to get a refund. Ruined my vacation before I even left and all I got was we are sorry. Definitely hitting the forums to warn people off of this site

One issue I have is lack of transparency in regard to country of origin. I refuse to buy anything made in communist China for patriotic and moral reasons.
Experience is always good just miss the app. Recommendation - allow users to store multiple vehicles to easily switch between the two when shopping. Relatively minute but im guessing your biggest customers have multiple jeeps
