Cover and mirrors showed up on time. Only issue I had was with the mirrors, the threads were messed up. Just ran a tap through them, and cleaned them up.
Purchased a wheels and tires package for my brand new jeep I had several concerns so I had reached out in the chat room and they called me back and gave me their personal number and make sure that everything in my cart was correct and then gave me a $75 discount these guys are awesome..
My order showed up at my doorstep with boxes scabbed together with tape and barely holding together and ripped apart, my main item also showed up damaged. Will not be ordering from here again. 1/4 star review

Ordered Redrock side steps for '23 2door Jeep. All went well but one threaded rod on one step bracket was cracked. Called to get 1 replacement bracket but was denied...needed to take everything apart, repack and send back the whole order - uh, no way. On a whim, contacted Redrock but again denied as they are a third party supplier. There HAS to be a better way to obtain replacement parts for broken or missing items. C'mon guys, work it out!

I have a right hand drive Wrangler for postal service, needed parts, the repair shop could have gotten them for 4 times the money. The dealer didn't want to order the parts for me if I didn't bring it to them for service. Tried another place, they were on back order. Found the correct part at a very good price here, got it in a reasonable time. Now we can put it together and get back in service. Thanks
