Install was easy about 30 mins for the exhaust and took about an 1 hour for the fuel pump. Both orders arrived on time and in good shape. Was hoping the fuel pump would fix the fuel gauge being stuck on but maybe a different issue. Still wanted to change it anyways. The exhaust sounds great and love it. Product arrived quickly with no issues. Install was pretty quick and mostly painless did have to look up how replace the headlights as there are no instructions. But really not an issue. Love the way they look

I had a question regarding a new Brand of Tires that Extreme Terrain just started carrying. The tech compared the ones I have on my jeep now (Atturo Trail Blade) to the new ones (Rolling Big Power Tires Repulsor) and BOOM. SUPER SAVINGS. Today, Judy went above and beyond helping me to reorder a soft top windshield that I had ordered the incorrect size and then helped me with other items I had difficulty finding. Judy is a true star at customer service! She was patient and knowledgeable and fun to talk to.

I purchased a replacement soft top for my JK Wrangler. After removing the old top and getting over half way finished with the installation of the new top, we found a rip in the plastic piece that attaches to the header where the tension spring goes. We had to complete the installation, not knowing if the integrity of the top is compromised or not. I took photos and messaged customer service. My two choices are to accept a $10 partial refund OR remove the top, package it back up and wait on them to send me a replacement. That leaves my jeep topless for several days. "Thanks for understanding" was the representative's comment. UH, NO! I do not understand. $10 in a partial refund?! What happens if the top falls apart in six months? OR hours more of my time removing this top and waiting topless for who knows how many days because they "can't process a replacement with FedEx's acceptance of the damaged one. The lack of regard for the customer when ET sent ME a defective product has all but insured I will not purchase from here again.

Fun little addition to the interior. I like that you can easily select different colors. Plus who doesn't need more American flags inside their jeep.
Seats are great, they need to do a better job of letting you know you need to fab or buy over priced seat adapters for the seats to fit on stock seat frames. $150 a piece for the adapters was not worth it to me, I made the adapters out of 1" flat bar.
