They force to force poor people too to buy stuff, counselling session are done such ke parents ko page bacche ko Kuch ni Ata janbujh kr difficult questions, I know job zaroori hai please don't work here I was there working they tourterd me me being a girl phir bhi vo log khub Gali dete the, I needed to take counseling treatment after job in extramarks

Two guys came to my house on 18June2018 and conveyed me to try Extramarks subscription. They told me that tab will be deliver to you within 15 days but till 30 july I have not received any tab or even any call so I decided to cancel the subscription. I called them and ask them to cancel the subscription and ask them not to deduct any emi from my account but they did. So again call them to refund my emi which was deducted and they told me that with in 15 working g days this will be done. Till that time I have given 3000 advance and my first emi was deducted. I always take followup but they just playing with me and very casual approach showing to me. When I ask them that I need to speak with they senior management they always says that they will be arranging call but I never received any call. They even not responding to my email. I sent 12 to 15 email but I always get reply that they are looking into it. In between my second emi was deducted then also they are just taking this very casually. I don't know why they are not able to close my loan refund my 2 emi and one advance money. In between this my 3rd emi time came so I decided to take out my all money from this account and finally I did because I was not getting any positive response. Luckly l had the number of executive who visited my house and he picked my phone. I was very angry on him and told what happened in last 3 months. He ask his senior to talk me in this matter... I finally recieved my advance but still my 2 emi was deducted and emi still going on. I started receiving calls and sms from Loan company... I informed this to. Extramarks but they are not taking this seriously. They informed me that my loan will be closed soon. But it never happened... I regularly started taking follow ups and they just give you goli and makr the thing worst. Please never ever believe to this fraud company at all. Avoid this company otherwise you will lose all your hard earn money for sure.
